Grain lower, livestock mostly higher

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were lower Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for December delivery declined 10.75 cents to $5.0825 a bushel; December corn was off 5.50 cents to 3.79 a bushel; December oats fell .25 cent to 2.3175 a bushel; while November soybeans lost 3.50 cents to $9.1050 a bushel.

Beef was higher and pork fell on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. December live cattle was up .22 cent to $1.3742 a pound; November feeder cattle rose .35 cent to $1.8695 a pound; while December lean hogs was off .75 cent to $.6682 a pound.
