Grain mixed, livestock higher

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mixed Monday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for December delivery lost 2.5 cents to $5.0675 a bushel; December corn was off 2 cents to 3.8075 a bushel; December oats were 1.25 cents higher at 2.285 a bushel; while November soybeans advanced 1.75 cents to $8.875 a bushel.

Beef and pork rose on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. December live cattle was up .25 cent to $1.3757 a pound; November feeder cattle gained 1.73 cents to $1.8660 a pound; while December lean hogs added .38 cent to $.6650 a pound.
