Uncertainty surrounding Greece's debts helped knock the U.S. stock market lower Thursday as an impasse between Greece and its creditors dragged on. The drop put major indexes on track for their second weekly loss in a row.
The Dow Jones industrial average fell 170.69 points, or 0.9 percent, to 17,905.58.
The Standard & Poor's 500 index lost 18.23 points, or 0.9 percent, to 2,095.84.
The Nasdaq composite gave up 40.11 points, or 0.8 percent, to 5,059.12.

The Dow Jones industrial average is down 105.10 points, or 0.6 percent.
The Standard & Poor's 500 index is down 11.55 points, or 0.6 percent.
The Nasdaq composite is down 10.90 points, or 0.2 percent.

The Dow is up 82.51 points, or 0.5 percent.
The S&P 500 index is up 36.94 points, or 1.8 percent.
The Nasdaq is up 323.07 points, or 6.8 percent.
