Grain lower, livestock mostly higher

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were lower Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for May delivery was off 10.50 cents to $5.0350 a bushel; May corn fell 8 cents to 3.71 a bushel; May oats were 7 cents higher at $2.71 a bushel; while May soybeans declined 14.75 cents to $9.5450 a bushel.

Beef was higher and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

June live cattle was up .50 cent to $1.4547 a pound; May feeder cattle rose .02 cent to $2.0892 a pound; while June lean hogs fell .45 cent to $.7580 a pound.
