Grain lower, livestock mostly lower

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were lower Thursday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for May delivery was unchanged at $4.99 a bushel; May corn was 4 cents lower at $3.87 a bushel; May oats were unchanged at $2.82 a bushel; while May soybeans lost 5.25 cents to $9.875 a bushel.

Beef was mostly lower and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

April live cattle was unchanged at $1.5560 a pound; May feeder cattle was .55 cent lower at $2.1070 a pound; April lean hogs lost 1.12 cents to $.6300 a pound.
