Grain mixed, livestock mostly higher

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mixed Tuesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Dec delivery was 2.25 cents higher at $5.15 a bushel; Dec corn was 1 cent lower at $3.6825 a bushel; Dec oats were unchanged at $3.36 a bushel; while Jan soybeans gained 10.75 cents to $10.3650 a bushel.

Beef higher and pork mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Dec live cattle was .48 cent higher at $1.6760 pound; Jan feeder cattle was .50 cent higher at 2.3325 a pound; Dec lean hogs lost .15 cents to $.8940 a pound.
