Grain mixed, cattle lower and pork higher

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mixed Tuesday in early trading on the Chicago Board f Trade.

Wheat for May delivery was 9.25 cents lower at 6.88 a bushel; May corn was 6.25 cents higher at 5.0825 a bushel; May oats were unchanged at 3.99 a bushel; while May soybeans was 18 cents higher at 14.82 a bushel.

Beef lower and pork was higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

June live cattle was .35 cent lower at $1.3715 a pound; May feeder cattle was .53 cents lower at 1.7732 a pound; June lean hogs gained 1.13 cent to $1.2830 a pound.
