Grain mostly higher, livestock higher

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mostly higher Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery rose 8.5 cents to $5.955 a bushel; March corn was 0.5 cent higher at 4.405 a bushel; March oats declined 7.75 cents to $4.1075 a bushel; while March soybeans rose 21.25 cents to $13.4425 a bushel.

Beef and pork were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

April live cattle was 1.63 cents higher at $1.4240 a pound; March feeder cattle was 2.22 cents higher at $1.7072 a pound; while April lean hogs rose .55 cent to $.9492 a pound.
