Grain mixed, cattle higher, pork mixed

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mixed Friday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery was unchanged at 5.97 a bushel; March corn was 0.5 cent lower at 4.20 a bushel; March oats were unchanged at $3.51 a bushel; while March soybeans rose 3 cents to 12.73 a bushel.

Beef was higher while pork was mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

February live cattle rose .23 cent to $1.3585 a pound; March feeder cattle was .80 cent higher at $1.6780 a pound; February lean hogs lost .07 cent to $.8700 a pound.
