Grain mostly higher and livestock lower

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mostly higher Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery fell 2 cents to $6.1975 a bushel; March corn was 3.50 cents higher at 4.2675 a bushel; March oats rose 9.25 cents to $3.5475 a bushel; while January soybeans gained 9.50 cents to $13.3475 a bushel.

Beef and pork were lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

February live cattle fell .53 cent to $1.3297 a pound; January feeder cattle was 1 cent lower at $1.6637 a pound; while February lean hogs declined .97 cent to $.8565 a pound.
