Grain mixed, livestock mostly higher

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mixed Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery fell .75 cent to $6.5475 a bushel; March corn rose 4.25 cents to 4.295 a bushel; March oats were 5.75 cents lower at $3.195 a bushel; while January soybeans jumped 17.75 cents to $12.915 a bushel.

Beef rose while pork fell on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

February live cattle rose .40 cent to $1.3235 a pound; January feeder cattle was up .62 cent at $1.6337 a pound; while February lean hogs were .35 cent lower at $.9057 a pound.
