Brookfield Office Properties Inc., up $2.30 to $19.07

Brookfield Property Partners is offering to buy the remainder of the real estate investment company for about $5 billion in cash and stock.

LDK Solar Co. Ltd., up 44 cents to $1.93

LDK becomes the latest Chinese solar manufacturer to enter into an arrangement with noteholders and forestall bankruptcy protection.

WhiteWave Foods Co., down 8 cents to $19.97
