Grains futures, livestock prices mostly rise

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain prices mostly rose Tuesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for December delivery rose 6.50 cents to $8.6450 a bushel; December corn added 3.50 cents to $7.4050 a bushel; December oats were flat at $3.8775 a bushel; while November soybeans rose 12.25 cents to $15.3950 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures rose on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

December live cattle rose 0.18 cent to $1.2545 a pound; November feeder cattle rose 0.08 cent to $1.46 a pound; while December lean hogs rose 0.37 cent to 78.17 cents a pound.
