Oil ends slightly lower, down 7 pct. for the week

On Thursday benchmark U.S. crude steadied after three days of declines. But it?s more than $7 below where it closed last week. For drivers, that should eventually mean lower gasoline prices.

On the New York Mercantile Exchange:

Benchmark crude fell 11 cents to finish at $91.87 per barrel.

Gasoline rose 7.54 cents to end at $2.9040 a gallon.

Heating oil rose 5.35 cents to finish at $3.0975 a gallon.

Natural gas rose 3.5 cents to end at $2.7970 per 1,000 cubic feet.

On the ICE Futures exchange in London:

Brent crude rose $1.84 to finish the day at $110.03 per barrel.
