Andy Klevorn has been named a vice president of Community Media Group.
Klevorn will hold the new position of vice president of digital media for Community Media Group, which owns the Ludington Daily News, Oceana's Herald-Journal and the White Lake Beacon. The appointment was announced Wednesday by Larry J. Perrotto, the group's president and CEO.
Klevorn, currently multimedia services manager with Shoreline Media, will oversee newspaper websites and new digital initiatives for all of Community Media Group's publications. He will work with more than 30 newspapers in six states.
He began his career as a photographer with the Ludington Daily News in 1996 and was promoted to multimedia services manager for Shoreline Media in 2007.
