Stock indexes closed with slight losses after energy companies dragged the market down. The Dow Jones industrial average ended the week lower, its third losing week this year. Yelp jumped 64 percent on the first day of trading after its initial public offering.
The Dow Jones industrial average fell 2.73 points, than 0.1 percent, to close at 12,977.57.
The Standard & Poor's 500 index fell 4.46 points, or 0.3 percent, to close at 1,369.63.
The Nasdaq composite average fell 12.78 points, or 0.4 percent, to 2,976.19.

The S&P 500 is up 3.89, or 0.3 percent.
