It's moving day for some two dozen marijuana dispensaries warned to move or close by the top federal lawyer in Colorado.
U.S. Attorney John Walsh gave 23 marijuana dispensaries near schools a Monday deadline to shut down, move or face federal penalties.
Colorado's Medical Marijuana Industry Groups says the affected dispensaries have complied. MMIG Executive Director Michael Elliott says none of the shops plans a showdown with the federal government.
Similar enforcement letters in California resulted in a lawsuit after some licensed pot shops challenged federal raids. That lawsuit is pending.
