The head of the State University of New York is set to give her second "State of the University" address.
SUNY Chancellor Nancy Zimpher is scheduled to deliver her speech Monday morning at the Center for the Performing Arts at the Empire State Plaza in downtown Albany.
Last January, Zimpher gave her first state of SUNY address for the nation's largest public university system, with 64 campuses statewide and nearly 470,000 students.
Gov. Andrew Cuomo has vowed to turn all those campuses into stronger economic engines for communities, using research and new programs to spur boost economies.
