Oil climbs on expectations of tighter supplies

Oil rose Friday as concerns resurfaced about tightening oil supplies. Here's a breakdown of how energy contracts traded.

On the New York Mercantile Exchange:

Crude gained $1.55 to settle at $97.24 per barrel.

Gasoline added less than a penny to settle at $3.1293 per gallon.

Heating oil rose 3.31 cents to settle at $3.118 per gallon.

Natural gas added 16.2 cents to settle at $4.52 per 1,000 cubic feet.

On the ICE Futures exchange:

Brent crude added $1 to settle at $117.26 per barrel.
