Grain futures rise, livestock prices trade mixed

Grains futures rose Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for July delivery added 4.75 cents to $6.78 a bushel; July corn gained 9.75 cents to $7.1125 a bushel; July oats were unchanged at $3.56 a bushel; while July soybeans rose 1 cent to $13.515 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures traded mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

August live cattle rose 1.10 cent to $1.0895 a pound; August feeder cattle added 1.73 cent to $1.3170 a pound; August lean hogs dropped 0.40 cent to 94.82 cents a pound; while July pork bellies were unchanged at $1.21 a pound.
