Oil climbed above $101 per barrel Thursday as investors focused on how the world would meet energy demand in coming months. Here's how energy contracts traded.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange:
Crude rose $1.19 to settle at $101.93 per barrel.
Gasoline gained 6.11 cents to settle at $3.0398 a gallon.
Heating oil picked up 4.41 cents to settle at $3.1378 a gallon.
Natural gas fell 17.3 cents to settle at $4.674 per 1,000 cubic feet.
On the ICE Futures exchange:
Brent crude rose $1.72 to settle at $119.57 per barrel.
