Nokia Corp., down $1.18 at $7.02

The mobile phone maker said its second-quarter earnings will be worse than expected because of falling sales and tough competition.

Ashland Inc., up $7.29 at $68.34

The chemical company is buying International Specialty Products Inc. for $3.2 billion, expanding its personal care division.

LDK Solar Co., up 57 cents to $7.59

The Chinese solar energy company got a boost from Germany's plans to replace atomic power with renewable energy sources.

DreamWorks Animation SKG Inc., down 92 cents at $23.91

The box-office weekend take of the movie studio's "Kung Fu Panda 2" was at the low end of industry estimates, said a William Blair analyst.
