The government health insurance provider's first quarter earnings more than tripled, and it lifted its forecast for the year.

Warner Music Group Corp., up 28 cents at $8.18

Len Blavatnik's Access Industries is buying the music recording company for $8.25 per share, or $1.3 billion.

Washington Post Co., down $ 20.31 at 412.25

The newspaper company's Kaplan education chain posted a drop in student enrollments, driving first-quarter profit down 67 percent.

Barnes & Noble Inc., up $1.66 at $14.37

Janney analysts started the bookstore chain at "Buy," saying its No. 2 market position in digital book sales will boost earnings.

CF Industries Holdings Inc., up $8.57 at $137.82

The fertilizer maker posted a first-quarter profit that topped analyst expectations after an acquisition helped boost revenue.

Warnaco Group Inc., down $5.37 at $56.51

The clothing maker's first-quarter earnings fell slightly and missed analysts' expectations despite a 13 percent increase in revenue.

The online diamond and jewelry retailer gave a second-quarter earnings guidance below Wall Street's expectations.

K-Swiss Inc., down 72 cents at $11

The sneaker seller's first-quarter revenue grew as U.S. orders jumped, but it posted a deeper loss because expenses increased.
