Oil settled slightly lower Monday on uncertainty about extremist retaliation for the death of Osama bin Laden and the strength of the dollar. Here's how energy contracts traded.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange:
Crude fell 41 cents to settle at $113.52 per barrel.
Gasoline lost 5.05 cents to settle at $3.3479 a gallon.
Heating oil gave up 2.37 cents to settle at $3.2521 a gallon.
Natural gas added 0.2 cent to settle at $4.763 per 1,000 cubic feet.
On the ICE Futures exchange:
Brent crude dropped 77cents to settle at $125.12 per barrel.
