Gaming equipment supplier Bally Technologies Inc. said Wednesday that it will provide a slot management and accounting system for six casinos run by Florida's Seminole Tribe by the end of the year.
Terms of the multi-year deal were not disclosed.
Bally Technologies will upgrade the tribe's system, which covers more than 10,000 slot machines, with the latest version of SDS for Windows. The six Florida casinos include Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino - Hollywood; Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino - Tampa; Seminole Casino Brighton; Seminole Casino Coconut Creek; Seminole Casino Hollywood and Seminole Casino Immokalee.
Last week Bally Technologies lowered its full-year systems revenue guidance, saying the timing of orders for large system installations are becoming harder to predict.
Shares of Bally Technologies, based in Las Vegas, gained 7 cents to $37.65 in morning trading.
