Summary Box: Commodities mixed on Libyan turmoil

GRAINS FALL: Wheat, corn and soybeans prices fell on questions about what impact Libya's uprising may have on demand for food products.

OIL DROP: Oil prices dropped for the first time in nine days after the International Energy Agency said the rebellion in Libya may have cut oil production less than originally feared. Oil settled at $97.28 a barrel after climbing as high as $103.41 per barrel earlier in the day.

METALS MAZE: Prices for gold, copper, platinum and palladium rose while silver settled lower.
