_ About 2,300 Falls Creek infant boy shoes, manufactured in China and imported by Meijer of Grand Rapids, Mich., because the shoe lace toggles can detach and pose a choking risk. _ About 40,000 Ameristep plastic strap-on tree steps, manufactured in China by Primal Vantage Co. Inc. of Randolph, N.J., because a plastic part can break and pose a fall hazard. The company has received six reports of broken steps, including two reports of cuts and bruises. The recalled steps were sold at outdoor and sporting goods stores nationwide from April 2008 through November 2009.
