Government information technology contractor CACI International Inc. said Monday that it has agreed to buy TechniGraphics Inc. for an undisclosed amount.
TechniGraphics provides digital map imagery and related products for U.S. intelligence agencies for uses including intelligence analysis, military operations planning and disaster relief planning. The Wooster, Ohio-based company has 450 employees and is expected to post $46 million in revenue this year.
CACI said the deal is part of its strategy to increase services to the intelligence market. The company said the acquisition is expected to close by Nov. 1 and will boost earnings in the first 12 months.
Shares of CACI edged down 3 cents to $45.12 in afternoon trading.
