Lockheed Martin wins Air Force contracts

Lockheed Martin Corp. won two Air Force contracts worth a total of $25.1 million for services and IT training support, the Defense Department said Tuesday.

Lockheed Martin won a $14.5 million contract for operations and maintenance at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio. Of that amount, $3.5 million has been obligated.

The company also won a $10.6 million contract to support training devices for database generation, engineering support and courseware development and instruction for Hill Air Force Base in Utah.

Shares of Lockheed Martin, based in Bethesda, Md., closed at $75.65, down 62 cents on the day.
