Coca-Cola Enterprises said Tuesday it has elected Veronique Morali, a vice chairman of Fitch Ratings' parent company, to its board, effective Feb. 11.
Fitch Ratings is owned by Fitch Group Inc., which is based in New York.
Morali, who is 51, is also president and ex-chief operating officer of Fimalac Developpement, a financial services company. She previously was CEO of Terrafemina.com, which she founded.
Her term on the Coke bottler's board expires in April 2010, and she would be eligible for re-election.
Shares of Coca-Cola Enterprises, of Atlanta, rose 4 cents to $19.95 in early afternoon trading.
