Workers are still trying to restart the Sinclair refinery that has been shut down since last Sunday.
Sinclair spokesman Clint Ensign says crews have been working around the clock in extreme weather conditions to restore plant operations shut down by a power outage.
Ensign said Thursday it's not yet known when the 80,000 barrel per day refinery will be back to full operation, but it's hoped that it will have partial operation within the next few days.
Meantime, the company believes it has adequate gasoline and diesel supplies on hand to handle consumer needs. As a precaution, Sinclair has contacted other regional refineries to seek supplemental fuel supply if necessary.
The outage is another in a string of problems that have plagued the refinery this year.
