Defense contractor Science Applications International Corp. said Monday it has received a Navy contract potentially worth $25 million for information technology systems.
SAIC will provide a range of IT services including intranet and information assurance support.
The contract from the U.S. General Services Administration has a one-year base period of performance, two one-year options and is valued at $25 million if all options are exercised.
Work will be performed primarily at Navy installations in the southeastern United States, and parts of the Caribbean.
Shares were up 6 cents at $18.04 in afternoon trading.
