Congress probes Clinton email scandal using new favorite tool

The U.S. Constitution grants Congress lots of power, including the ability to request persons from a variety of fields to come by the Capitol for what is now called a "transcribed interview." It's not quite an under-oath hearing. But it's an effective way to get to the bottom of any scandal.
