MEGYN KELLY: Do you think that our government is serious about this March deadline on Iran? SEN. MARCO RUBIO: I think the Iranians believe that Barack Obama and John Kerry are desperate for a deal. And I think they sense it in our body language, words such as these they've used in the past, and the fact that they are fighting their own congress against authority for imposing additional sanctions if talks fail. And I think the Iranians are taking advantage of it.
