A coalition of business leaders and Conservative Party members of parliament are calling for a tax cut for Britain's tourism industry to undercut support for the UK Independence Party (UKIP) in Britain's seaside towns. But their plan is more likely to reveal the deep-seated concern among Prime Minister David Cameron's party than it is to blunt the appeal of UKIP.
