CHUCK TODD: Nobody knows for sure, nobody wants to fully connect to it the second Ebola patient, but it was sort of like the timing of it all starting about Monday or Tuesday. The president's approval rating actually had been ticking up the last couple of weeks as he was dropping bombs on terrorists, on bad guys in Iraq and Syria. And so his numbers had gone from say up two or three points depending on the state. Just enough it was making Democrats think, okay it's not as heavy an anchor. Nobody knows for sure if it's connected to the second ebola patient but sort of like the timing is a little bit more than coincidence I think, his numbers are trending down again.
