The new cover of Rolling Stone features a naked Julia Louis-Dreyfus, star of HBO's "Veep," with the Constitution tattooed on her back. Below the Constitution, John Hancock's signature. The problem: John Hancock didn't sign the Constitution. He signed the Declaration of Independence.
We reached out to Rolling Stone about an hour and a half ago and haven't heard back. If they're still in need of an explanation, we'll offer this: "It was on purpose. On "Veep," Dreyfus plays a bumbling Vice President -- of course she'd get her tattoo of the constitution wrong!"
