"I think it gives Democrats reason to worry going into November," Florida Congressman-elect David Jolly said the day after his special election victory over Democrat Alex Sink. "I don't want to take a mandate from this. This is a local race. But we do know that the voters here rejected a view of government that has been espoused by our president and by Democrats in Congress. I talked to a lot of folks on the trail, and I said, if you like your Republican majority in the House, you can keep it. And I think voters last night decided they want to keep a check on President Obama."
