Try to contain your shock and amazement. Software problems with the ObamaCare website are proving so “stubborn” that the site is unlikely to work fully by the end of the month as promised by the White House. According to an official with knowledge of the project, the site continues to “balk” when more than 2-3 20,000 to 30,000 people attempt to use it at the same time — about half its intended capacity, said the official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity. (Wouldn’t you?)
