Michigan Senate Likely to Vote on Bill That Would Allow Short Barreled Rifles/Shotguns

Short barreled rifles and shotguns are already extremely regulated, requiring a $200 tax stamp from the ATF as well as a background check, finger print cards, and a fair amount of paperwork. However, in Michigan, even if you go through all of that work, those items are still illegal.
