To be fair the house helped. I'm not against the Supreme Court. I think it is a good institution overall. There have been too many instances of activism on both the right and the left. Best interest of the nation is a tricky place to operate. In the end it is the integrity of the judges that is key. Because they are human, some with agendas, how about term limits (25 years) and guaranteed retirement packages? May not cure all but helps to remove some of the incentives to do wrong.
