A British electronics company apologized for making applicants compete in a dance-off for a mid-level position, the BBC reported Thursday. Currys in Cardiff England asked ten possible hires to split into groups of two and dance to songs by Daft Punk, a French techno band. The employers’ request upset a number of applicants that were searching for jobs in a lackluster economy.
