I would be curious to see what Kamala looked like if she didn't talk with her hands.

Her delivery has definitely improved...the problem is what she's delivering!

Just saying to Cortney, looks like Kamala has practiced up on her public speaking and hired a good speech writer since her time on the debate stage. 

I'll admit it: This is a good speech. She's hitting the correct tone. (yes, Julio the mass incarceration line is laughable)
