Trump asked about herd immunity...he says he "doesn't want to embarrass" other countries but he said one in particular tried herd and it "didn't work out too well."

Trump: In all fairness, the World Health Organization couldn't get in, and that is why I wish they would take a different stance. They took a very pathetic stance and a weak stance, but they said they couldn't get in, but ultimately they got in, much sooner than everybody, but they didn't report what was happening. They didn't report what was happening inside of China. No, I'm not happy with China.

Trump was there to send off the USNS Comfort as the hospital ship left for New York. He says he's glad they didn't need it.

Trump clarifies, again, that he singled out Minnesota, Michigan, and Virginia for doing more than is necessary in terms of restrictions.

He says Gov. Northam of Virginia particularly crossed the line by threatening to take people's guns away.

By the way, Trump wonders how Northam got away with some *other* controversies...

Trump on Gov. Northam: "If he were Republican, he'd be under siege."

Reporter: China says it's coronavirus death toll in Wuhan's 50% higher, up to about 4,000. Does that sound like a credible number to you?

President Trump: I listened to the press. We don't have most of the world's deaths. It has to be China. It's a massive country. Gone through a tremendous problem with this, tremendous problem. They must have the most. So today is how they announced that essentially they are doubling up on the numbers. That's only in Wuhan. They are not talking about outside Wuhan. So it is what it is, Steve. It is what it is. What a sad state of affairs.

Trump: The bat is question is from 40 miles away from the wet market. Very strange things going on.

Trump answering questions about CCP claiming their virus death toll is actually 50 percent higher than they claimed, putting the total at just under 5,000 dead:

"Most in the world has to be China."
