Says that we could very likely come in under numbers predicted by models. "Data always trumps models."

Dr. Birx just got a decent question about where we're at on the models' projections. We were told that with mitigation that 100K to 200K people would die from the virus. Birx believes that if mitigation continues that we could come in under these numbers.

2,179 medical military are in NYC to care for COVID patients. In the coming days that number will go up to 3,000.
