NEW: Mark Judge says he'll cooperate with an FBI investigation.

Former President George W. Bush reportedly called multiple senators ahead of today's vote encouraging them to vote for Kavanaugh. Kavanaugh worked for Bush as an associate counsel and staff secretary in the White House.
