Judges Are Wrong to Obstruct President Trump From Deporting Illegal Immigrants

President Trump is facing an important separation of powers case with federal judge James E. Boasberg, who is trying to block his decision and action to deport Venezuelan immigrants, including many Tren de Aragua gang members. In justifying his deportation position, Trump cited the 1898 the Alien Enemies Act, a statute originally established during the Spanish-American War.

Trump’s Department of Justice can defend the right of the President to carry out deportation actions simply based on the fact that the President, as the country’s chief executive, has the duty to uphold his Oath of Office to enforce the law, as well as to carry out a key campaign promise. When unsanctioned immigrants cross the border their status in the U.S. is illegal, which gives the President the prerogative and duty to take whatever deportation action he deems appropriate. Trump ran on a platform that prioritized  the deportation of illegal aliens, and his electoral victory was clearly manifest in an overwhelming popular majority, an overwhelming number of states that voted for him, and an overwhelming number of electoral college votes.

But the case can also be made based on the Alien Enemies Act. Modern war today is more complex than in earlier times when war was defined by taking up arms and engaging in military conflict.

Judge Boasberg expressed skepticism about the Trump administration’s policy of using a powerful and rarely invoked wartime statute, the Alien Enemies Act, to summarily deport immigrants from the country. The judge said, “The policy ramifications of this are incredibly troublesome and problematic and concerning…” also noting that the act, which was passed in 1898, is supposed to be used only in times of war or during an invasion against people in the United States from a “hostile nation.” Judge Boasberg also argued, “not only that President Trump had sought to use the law when there was neither an invasion taking place nor a declared state of war, but also that the people the government had sought to deport have no way of contesting whether they are actually gang members.”

The fact is that the U.S. is at war with the CCP’s irregular and unrestricted warfare and the Mexican drug cartels the CCP supplies. And then there are Hezbollah fighters who are at war with America that get support from Iran, operate out of Venezuela, and have been found in the U.S. In addition, the sovereignty of the United States is under attack by a broad range deep state globalists—who constitute a cult and operate in numerous ways to weaken and destroy the integrity and sovereignty of the Unites States.

It is well known that the United Nations and World Economic Forum concocted the policy they refer to as “displacement migration” for the purpose of  disrupting, dividing, and undermining target nation states like the members of the European Union,  And it has worked, with the governability of Germany, France, Belgium, Holland, and England     becoming ever more difficult. So why would U.S. judges such as James Boasberg embrace displacement migration for the United States, with the disastrous record so obvious in Europe?

The globalist deep state seems intent on bringing the same destructive policies seen in Europe to the United States. And with Joe Biden, whose competence was highly questionable, they got their chance to flood the U.S. with illegal immigrants.

Upon Biden’s inauguration in 2021, America took a 180 degree turn with the implementation of a full “open border” at the U.S. border with Mexico. Breaking down borders and sovereignty was all part of the road to the “Great Reset,” of a new international order.

Later in the summer of Biden’s first year, the catastrophic withdrawal from Afghanistan was one of the biggest strategic failures in America’s history, leaving behind some $80 billion in advanced military hardware. At the time it was inexplicable, but in hindsight keeping in mind the influence that the CCP had with Joe Biden, it may be more understandable. The abrupt U.S. withdrawal led to the Taliban, Afghanistan’s ruling tribal gang, becoming a major arms dealer after taking possession of all the state-of-the-art U.S. military equipment left behind, with sales and transfers to America’s enemies throughout the Middle East and elsewhere. American arms have also been found in the Mexican cartels operating across the U.S. southern border.

Article II of  the Constitution gives the president wide latitude and unique power, specifically the power of “Commander of the Army and the Navy of the United States and the militia of the Several States.” Those articulated powers in the Constitution to apply military force certainly give the Commander-in-Chief the right to use force to deport unwanted foreign aliens.
