The “God” for leftists is Bernie Sanders, the “independent” Senator from Vermont who runs the Democrat Party these days. Sure, there are other people in official jobs who run the party, but Bernie controls the people who call the shots…or will likely shoot you if you don’t obey. Communists have a history of that kind of violence; they just aren’t yet in a position to do anything about it. Thanks to comrade Bernie, they might soon be. If you can’t imagine a world in which that happens, you haven’t been paying attention.
Bernie Sanders is a jerk. Not a “punch kids in the face and take their lunch money” jerk; he’s the kind of jerk no one wants around.
Like most radical leftists, he’s an unpleasant ass who doesn’t seem to have any joy in life. Politics is what he lives for. Well, that and making himself richer.
When I was single, my friends and I frequented a bar on the Senate side of the Hill. Bernie would walk by the patio regularly, clutching a pile of papers and a grocery bag full of God only knows what. He was hunched over, walking fast, and had no interest in anyone around him. He was always alone, always, and looked like someone who had slept in his suit inside a bag of potato chips. Unpleasant is the nicest word that could be used to describe him.
Bernie was angry then because he was alone. I’m not sure there’s ever been a more useless lawmaker than Bernie was when Democrats weren’t scared to death of the radical left. He was the lone socialist and brought the work ethic to DC that got him kicked out of a hippie commune.
But academia was churning out a bunch of uneducated morons with massive debt and no understanding of how their own actions and people like Bernie had put them in that situation, so Bernie found his receptive audience.
Small, but committed to the stupidity, Bernie’s army mobilized, and in 2016 he almost took over the DNC. Were it not for behind-the-scenes dirty tricks by the Clintons and their loyalists, Bernie likely would have won that nomination. Clintons being the Clintons, they didn’t care about protecting the party from the radical left; they only cared about themselves, so they did nothing to warn anyone of anything. We see how well that worked out.
In 2020, the Democrat establishment had to do it again – cutting a deal to get everyone to drop out of the race and endorse senile Joe Biden after only the third primary in South Carolina to once again kill Bernie’s chances.
In 2024, they gave the nomination to Kamala Harris, cutting Bernie out completely. But by then, he was no longer alone in Congress. A goon squad of idiotic leftists committed to the destruction of freedom and capitalism won elections in gerrymandered districts so polluted with leftism that Stalin could win in them were not goosestepping around the Capitol behind Bernie.
One of Bernie’s flying monkey army members tried to murder a bunch of Republicans on a baseball field, which Bernie kind of denounced and quickly moved on from. Then they burned countless cities in 2020 and since, ripping down statues and rewriting history to focus exclusively on the negative.
Their ranks grew because Democrats refused to stand up to their insanity. Bernie lost his way to more power. Now he calls the shots and every Democrat except one – Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) – is terrified of the mutant army he’s built. They haven’t gone on to murder a lot of people, at least not yet. But you’d be crazy to think that isn’t in the cards if they view that as a way to get to their goal and elevate the philosophy of their God to the throne.
Bernie is old; he’ll die soon, so he probably won’t live long enough to see the damage he has truly done, but we will all have to live in its wake and clean up the mess. All because this little jerk from Vermont has a God complex and a hatred of this country. Honestly, Vermont, is there no one better up there? Can we trade the state to Canada for Alberta?
Things could get very bad in the not-too-distant future because of this man. Be ready for it.
