Don’t you want to know what the Democrats stand for as we approach the November midterm election? You can ask them, but the answer seems to come back with a two-word theme—“F**k Trump.” If President Trump is for anything, they’re against it.
So, to help you decide on which party candidates to support, let me do what I can to bring some clarity to a Contract with America that Democrats seem to be supporting.
- Immediately initiate ICE reforms to ensure “common sense” accountability measures that include mandatory body cameras, visible identification requirements, warrant compliance, and a ban on masks during enforcement operations.
- Since the US Supreme Court has too many conservative members, expand justice appointments to better ensure the “balance of opinions” necessary.
- The “danger of climate change cannot be denied” and requires the reinstatement of critical environmental regulations, funding for alternative energy projects, and limits on the use of “dangerous” fossil fuels.
- Make sure that “the rich and successful pay their fair share of taxes” by working to raise wealth taxes, gas taxes, income taxes, property taxes, business taxes, and any other tax that can be passed.
- Enable states to “redistrict to ensure adequate representation” for abused minorities and the poor who are often denied representation.
- Make life “affordable” for all struggling Americans by working to establish a minimum income, rent control, free universal healthcare, and unemployment relief for those unfairly left behind.
- Ensure that all in America have the right to vote by mailing ballots to all adults, eliminating the need to show documentation of citizenship, and providing an “adequate” number of days to vote.
- Embrace and enable undocumented aliens who have found a home in America, providing them with a much-needed path to citizenship.
- Reinstitute DEI policies in government and the private sector, holding politicians, corporations, and conservative elites responsible all those whose racist self-serving motivation has deprived so many of opportunity.
- End Trump’s costly tariffs that have hindered the flow of foreign products, increased costs to citizens, and adversely impacted the economies of our allies and global partners.
These positions are implied by the statements and consistent actions of Democrats in their consistent efforts to thwart popular Trump changes. Trump’s policy transformative changes are reawakening the American Dream. Watch the next nine months as the economic and cultural results roll in. Then, look at this list of policies and decide whether you want to return to the failed policies of the Biden years.
Unfortunately, Democrats refuse to state what they are for; they settle for “f**k Trump” and hope that voters won’t remember the failures they brought to America. Don’t forget their failures contrasted to the Trump administration’s successes that bode well for a future we can be proud of.
There is much left for Trump and the Republicans to do—school choice, a much-needed war on fraud, an end to sanctuary cities, energy independence, safe cities, and the continuing facilitation of corporate investment in domestic manufacturing and the jobs and economic growth it will provide.
Want to make a difference? Memorize the three priorities that compel you to vote Republican. Then ask any proud Democrat an unsettling question: What three policy priorities are compelling you to vote for Democrat candidates? Clarify what they are for and what their party promises to do differently if elected and in control of Congress.
Don’t let them count impeaching Donald Trump. Many have already promised to do that unless their unrelenting hateful rhetoric can get him assassinated before November. Give President Trump the House and Senate majorities he needs to continue to make America great!
