What's So Wrong With America?

Loved your article. Very well written and right on target! According to God's Word written in Leviticus 18, God cannot bless us as a nation. But thanks be to Him, according to Acts 10:35, He can and will bless those individuals who live righteously.

Although you make many valid points, and I concur with your point that the democrats are trying to proclaim us as a horrible and deteriorating nation which is in need of "drastic change," I cannot agree with you on your statement to which you say "God Bless America."

Yes He has blessed our nation, but why should we continue to ask Him to bless us? Yes we are the greatest country, yet we have demoralized our future generation. Our educators and heroes of our day are teaching our children and our future leaders to be against God. They are teaching to create their own God according to their own conscience. Although I hope He continues to bestow his grace upon us, but we are undeserving.

So many people say “God Bless America,” but what are they really saying? God please bless us for our immorality? Please bless our rejection of you? Bless us not standing up to false religions, religions against you? Religions that teach love yet they are going to destroy us from the inside out? Yes, Lord, please bless us.

God has blessed us, but I believe Al when he states He will bless the individuals who live righteously. It will take the individuals who love the true God to reach others, then will reach more, then change the nation as a whole. That is our only hope. So I would like to say, May God Bless America!
